I can and have represented clients throughout the United States, including the federal courts for the District of Colorado, Northern District of California, District of Arizona, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, District of North Dakota and Northern District of Illinois where I am licensed, and in many other districts where I have been admitted on an individual case basis.
To discuss your case, call Clifford J. Barnard, Attorney at Law at (303) 449-2543. Initial consultations are at no cost.
A major part of my practice includes the representation of clients who have had other counsel in previous trials and were found guilty. I represent these individuals before federal appeals courts.
I have been admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, 10 of the 12 United States Courts of Appeal, and in 7 U.S. District Courts, as well as in the state of Colorado, where I live.
In order to a be a successful appellate attorney, a person has to be willing to devote substantial time to focused, meticulous examination and re-examination of court transcripts, records and documents. Grounds for a successful appeal are typically found through a detailed search of these records. I also carefully review the quality of the legal representation you had in your earlier trial, as well as the appropriateness of court rulings and sentencing.
You can schedule an appointment to discuss your case by contacting me at (303) 449-2543.
